Writer/Director Maurey Loeffler hails from Leroy, Saskatchewan, Canada and practiced architecture before moving to Toronto to pursue filmmaking.
Maurey started as an actor and studied at Cindy Tanas’ Acting Studio. He also studied Communications and Film Studies at York University before completing a Television Production program at Seneca@York. While at Seneca, Maurey won the Susan Anton Clark Memorial Award for writing as well as the Michael Monty Memorial Award for achievement in visual storytelling. His thesis project, Malcontents, won best screenplay, best picture, best sound and Jeff Franco won best actor for his portrayal of Davis. Maurey has also been 1st Assistant director on two feature films and numerous shorts, including over twenty Canadian Film Centre shorts.
Maurey’s last short film ‘Pooka’, starring Katie Boland, Megan Follows, Chris Owens and Tasha Lawrence won a Golden Sheaf for Best Drama at the 2011 Yorkton Film Festival. Maurey also has a strong slate of features and TV series that he is shopping around, including his next short film ‘Washed in the Blood’.
Producer Adrianna Crifo began her career in the film industry working at the InternationalCinematographer’s Guild as Membership Services and Training Coordinator. This positionallowed her to visit Toronto film sets, observing and learning the hierarchy of not only thecamera department but of an entire film crew set. Adrianna has also spent time as AssistantProducer at Pirate Radio & Television, a commercial post audio house and a couple of yearsat an Independent Music Publisher.
Moving to Hungry Eyes Film & Television as Business Affairs Manager gaveher the opportunity to work on such projects as TV Series “She’s The Mayor”,documentaries “Brick by Brick” and “Badge of Pride” as well several development projects.Currently working at White Pine Pictures in Business Affairs, Adrianna continues to honeher business and analytical skills at the same time having the opportunity to work with somegreat filmmakers.
On the independent producing side, Adrianna is currently producing Maurey Loeffler’supcoming short film “Washed in the Blood” to be shot in Saskatchewan in late summerof 2011 as well as director Elif Isikozlu’s short “Two” to be shot in early July 2011. Indevelopment, “The Park” is a TV Series written by Bryan Ratushniak, a 20-year veteranof the Toronto Fire Department and a documentary series about a misfit staple in a smallOntario town, directed and written by Wes While and Chad Nunn.
Adrianna also offers Business Affairs services to Independent production companies.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Contemporary Studies with a Major in Culture and Entertainment. Rebekah has a varied background in film and television as an actor, a writer and a producer.
